摘要：El objetivo de este trabajo es describir detalladamente cómo es el outsourcing de sistemas de información através de los resultados de una encuesta realizada a las mayores empresas espa˜ nolas. Se trata de un estudiolongitudinal que aborda 12 a˜nos, ya que se contrastan los resultados actuales con los de 2 encuestasrealizadas anteriormente en el mismo ámbito y por los mismos autores. Las conclusiones apuntan a uncontinuismo en la configuración del outsourcing y a un mayor grado de madurez en las características delos contratos
其他摘要：The aim of this work is to describe in detail on the current situation of outsourcing of Information Systemsusing the results of a survey carried out in the biggest Spanish firms. This is a longitudinal study that covers12 years, since the current results are contrasted with those of two surveys carried out previously in thesame environment and by the same authors. The conclusions point to a preservation of the status quoin the configuration of the outsourcing and to a larger degree of maturity in the characteristics of thecontracts
