摘要:The governing bodies (CACREP; ACA) of mental health counseling have mandated that multicultural training be added to the counselor education curriculum. Counselor educators have found ways to implement diversity issues into pedagogy using various methods, but there has been a lack of focus on multicultural skills. This article will detail current multicultural pedagogy and assessment, a brief history of microskills, and how counselors can use microskills to enhance multicultural skill development
