摘要：Recently, a local newspaper pub- lished a 12-page special section en- titled "Aerospace, Defense and Home- land Security." Twelve members of Congress were among those who wrote columns regarding their concerns about our capabilities in those general areas, as these cap abil iti es have been af- fected by past and current budget ap- prop riations¡ªand might be affected in the future.
