摘要：The Army is awash in discussions about becoming a full spectrum force¡ªrightfully so, for war comes in many varieties. Doctrine has changed, training at home station and at the com- bat training centers has adapted, and senior leaders have emphasized the im- portance of expanding the Army's fo- cus. All good. Nevertheless, almost re- gardless of what it says, the Army has a tendency to focus on one form of war and make a checklist out of everything. All leaders have a part to play in resist- ing these temptations.
