摘要:Customer satisfaction on various services is considered as an important parameter for the management of banks to prepare future strategy. Today, customers are more value oriented in their consumption of services because they have alternative choices. After the emergence of foreign banks in India, the banking sector in India has become more competitive and accurate. Foreign banks have brought latest technology and latest banking practices to India. Foreign Banks in India have brought prompt services to customers. Their contribution is significant in terms of making the Indian Banking system more competitive and efficient. Hence, the present study is a fact finding exercise to measure the level of satisfaction derived by the customers of foreign sector banks in Coimbatore district and to identify the factors that influence the same.
