摘要:Fluorine doping-induced changes in defect formation and surface phases of V2O5/TiO2 anatase single crystals were investigated.F-doping inhibited the phase transformation from anatase to rutile.The F impurities were incorporated into V2O5/TiO2 lattice, which facilitated the formation of oxygen vacancies and increased active sites (O2-).Compared with the pure V2O5/TiO2, F-doping remarkably improved the catalytic activity, sulfur-resistance and water-resistance performances.
