摘要：Energy conservation for buildings is a serious issue for any government and an efficient cooling system of a building in summer is one of major topics for conserving energy.In addition, the resources are very limited in developing countries of tropical regions.The paper deals with the practical approach of enhancing the cooling temperature in the house by the unique problem solving method which is an innovative structured process and sets of practical tools that can be used for the value creation.
