摘要：Based on characteristics provided by the genital organs, the presence of the species Cepaea hortensis (O. F. Müller, 1774), reported from Croatia from a single site in the literature, is refuted. According to our current knowledge this species should be deleted from the terrestrial snail fauna of Croatia.
