摘要：Dans le cadre d'une réflexion préalable à la mise en place d'une formation pour les tuteurs en langues vivantes, à l'Open University, cette étude propose un canevas pour un référentiel de compétences du tutorat dans l'environnement audiographique synchrone Lyceum. À partir d'un questionnaire recueillant les impressions des tuteurs, cet article présente une analyse comparée des modalités tutorales en présentiel et sur Lyceum, afin de mettre en évidence les nouvelles tâches qui s'imposent aux tuteurs dans Lyceum. Nous appuyant sur les travaux de P. Perrenoud sur la notion de compétence et sur les théories récentes du management des savoirs (J-Y. Prax), nous présenterons une synthèse articulant quatre grandes familles de compétences.
其他摘要：In advance of the setting up of a training programme for tutors in languages at The Open University, this study proposes a framework for referencing the skills required for tutoring in the synchronous audio-graphic Lyceum environment. Following the presentation of a questionnaire showing the tutor's remarks, this article presents a comparative analysis of face-to-face teaching and teaching with Lyceum and highlights the new tasks that tutoring with Lyceum entails. Following Perrenoud's work on the notion of skill and on the recent Knowledge Management theories developed by Prax, four sets of skills are then outlined.
