摘要：In dit artikel trachten we inzichten aan te reiken over de karakteristieken van de dominante actoren en de machtsconfiguraties bij de besluitvorming van stadsontwikkelingsprojecten. In het bijzonder willen we tonen hoe lokale beleidsmakers betrokken zijn bij deze complexe processen en welke impact ze hebben in de stedelijke beleidsnetwerken die zich vormen rond ingrijpende projecten. Een vergelijkende en kwalitatieve case study werd uitgevoerd in de Vlaamse centrumstad Kortrijk. We brachten de besluitvorming van drie stadsontwikkelingsprojecten in kaart. Intensieve interviews met een 40-tal sleutelfiguren en documentenanalyse gebruikten we om de complexe besluitvormingsprocessen te (re)construeren en om machtscomponenten te bepalen.
其他摘要：In this article we want to examine the characteristics of the dominant actors and the power configurations within decision-making processes of urban development projects (UDPs). Especially we like to indicate how local policy makers are involved in these complex processes and what their impact is within the urban governance networks concerning these far-reaching projects. A comparative and qualitative case study was carried out in the city of Kortrijk (Belgium). The decision-making of three UDPs was studied thoroughly. Interviewing key actors and analysing policy documents helped us to (re)construct the complex decision-making processes and to stipulate power components.
