摘要：Collecter les « histoires singulières » pour établir l’« histoire partagée » de l’immigration en France est un des principes fondateurs de la Cité nationale de l’histoire de l’immigration, à Paris, musée ouvert en 2007 afin de créer un « centre d’histoire et de mémoire vivante ».Dans cette optique, une triple collection a été constituée : une collection historique, une collection ethnographique et une collection d’art contemporain.Les collections ethnographiques sont des récits de vie individuels accompagnés du don d’un ou de plusieurs objets.Le musée national de l’histoire de l’immigration devient ainsi le dépositaire de « récits de soi » de migrants, de Français ou d’étrangers, d’enfants ou de petits-enfants d’immigrés.Cet article revient sur la manière dont se constitue ce fonds, en montrant en quoi ses collections nous conduisent à interroger la dimension universelle du phénomène migratoire.
其他摘要：Collecting “individual stories” to establish the “shared history” of immigration in France is one of the fundamental principles of the Cité nationale de l’histoire de l’immigration (National Centre of Immigration History, CNHI), in Paris. It is a museum that opened in 2007 in order to create a “Centre of history and living memory”. According to this vision, a three-pronged collection was constituted according to history, ethnography, and contemporary art. The ethnographic collections are composed of individual life stories, accompanied by the donation of objects. In this way, the CNHI becomes the depositary of “self-narratives” of migrants whether French or not, and of their children or grandchildren. This article explains how the collections were created and reflects on the universal dimension of the migratory phenomenon.
