摘要：Les années qui séparent l’indépendance des Etats baltes de l’élargissement européen ont été celles d’importantes et nombreuses mutations structurelles sur les rives de la Baltique. Le monde portuaire n’a pas échappé à cette indispensable réorganisation, d’autant plus que son importance dans l’économie des pays de la région est primordiale. Les ports sont révélateurs du rapide relèvement des Etats baltes et du difficile passage à l’économie de marché du voisin russe. Si les ports de la région sont aujourd’hui intégrés dans l’organisation maritime mondiale, avec le développement du transport par conteneurs et par ferries, leur spécificité réside dans cette importance du transit russe, notamment d’hydrocarbures, sans lequel la plupart d’entre eux péricliteraient. La concurrence est par ailleurs très forte. Celle-ci est la première responsable de la réorganisation spatiale du trafic maritime régional et de sa concentration dans le Golfe de Finlande. La rangée portuaire a nettement évolué, s’ouvrant économiquement sur le monde en s’appuyant sur des mises relations régionales et nord-européennes.
其他摘要：The years between independence of the Baltic States and European enlargement bore witness to substantial structural changes on the Baltic coasts. The harbor industry did not escape from this necessary reorganization, all the more so as its role is essential to the economies of the region. The ports bear witness to the Baltic nations’ rapid recovery and neighboring Russia’s difficulty in passing to a market economy. While, with the development of container and ferry transport, the ports of the region are now integrated into the world maritime organization, their specificity lies in the large scale of Russian transit, particularly of petroleum products, without which most would go under. There is strong competition. It is the main causes of the spatial reorganization of regional maritime traffic and its concentration in the Gulf of Finland. The port range has significantly changed, economically opening up to the world using its regional and North-European relations.
