摘要:The article reviews the problem of research status in the Organization, as well as the development of psychodiagnostic tools able to measure the various manifestations of statusness in the organizational context. The article presents the modern international approaches to understanding and interpretation of the notion of «status», dismantles modern foreign tests and questionnaires that can be used to diagnose the specific techniques and methods of status of human behaviour in a wide range of social situations, describes a study on adapting the questionnaires measuring sets of the events and facts that affect the status and reputation as well as perspectives for further research.
