  • 摘要:The article deals with the main issues in professional education in the sphere of so-called helping professions in the context of ideas of L. S. Vygotsky and C. Rogers. Propinquity of the contents of these authors' ideas in understanding of some essential aspects of personality development process, experience acquisition, role of self-consciousness is emphasized. The described parameters are suggested as the criteria for the work on professional orientation, selection and recruiting; diagnosing a personality's psychological readiness for helping people; further professional support of a helping specialist; his/her postgraduate training and retraining in that sphere. Development of professional education in that sphere according to the suggested criteria will facilitate active and unidirectional mutual activity of the subjects of educational environment (trainers and students) aimed at discovery of creative potential of the both sides. Attention is drawn to the principles of «ecological compatibility» and «security» that are an unalienable part of methodology and methods of professional education in that sphere. Special emphasis is laid on the problem of professional maintenance and support, the role of Intelligent Systems (IS), enabling to simulate the activity of a professional mentor, supervisor, and thus to provide an access to any specialist in the field of adjuvant professions to the existing integrated professional experience through a worldwide network.
