摘要：The paper compares varied ways of personality interventions in psychology and related disciplines. Following the analysis of the concepts of psychotechnics a new concept of nootechnics is introduced for an alternative form of intervention, not aimed at a preset ideal outcome, but rather stimulating self#organization processes. Through the prism of this distinction the spiritual (meaning-related) dimension of psychotherapeutic work is analyzed, to justify the author's practice of life enhancement work.
