摘要：Today the quality and effectiveness of implementation of the operational tasks assigned to law enforcement agencies is associated with increased risk to life and health of the personnel, exposure to stress, professional deformation. Peculiarity of the law enforcement service is the necessity to act in unusual and often very difficult, dangerous to life and health, so-called “extreme” situations. Extreme situations of natural, technological, environmental, social and criminal nature inflict great moral and economic losses in modern society and threaten human in all the spheres of his dwelling and activities. Practice shows that in typical conditions of activity some employees successfully master a profession while the others do not. Actual problem is the harmonious combination of theoretical and practical components of training. Using ideomotor training, active teaching methods, social and psychological trainings, business games form the foundation for optimal development of professionally significant qualities in law enforcement officers.
