摘要:The present study analyzes the content of existing federal governmental educational standards for psychological and pedagogical specializations and involved identifying the provisions relating to legal psychology. The results indicate that elements of legal psychology are present in existing federal governmental educational standards for all three psychological and educational specializations with the qualification of “specialist” (in nine out of fifteen specializations “Pedagogy and Psychology of Deviant Behavior”, “Clinical Psychology”, “Psychology of Employment Activity”). These results suggest that legal psychology is being studied more extensively in the system of higher education through the inclusion of a mandatory component of legal psychology in the psychological (psycho-pedagogical) educational programs. This confirms the critical importance and relevance of studying the legal psychology both as a science and as an academic discipline.
