摘要：The article summarizes the materials of literature review and scientific and practical experience of the authors related to various family issues within the context of clinical psychology. The authors identify a number of topical issues related to the functioning of families having in their composition mentally diseased persons with neuro-psychiatric disorders. Among them - the problem of adoption of the relative's disease, stigma and self-stigmatization, living through feelings of guilt, family dynamics, issues related to treatment and changes in the quality of family life, etc. The authors propose to consider the clinical psychology of the family as a separate line of modern clinical psychology.
