摘要:The article describes the structure of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health for Children and Adolescents (ICF-CY), the use of which in Russia has not yet started. A brief review of the literature contains information on the experience of the implementation of the ICF-CY in cross-disciplinary diagnostic and habilitation services in the field of special and inclusive education of children with developmental disorders. The authors believe that the ICF-CY provides a universal language of international and cross-disciplinary interaction, promotes the implementation of a modern approach to the habilitation and education of children with disabilities and special educational needs, aimed at the realization of their rights to participate in social life.
