摘要:In our research we set the purpose to analyse in detail the psychological features of service rendering by the example of realtors' work and to analyze the opportunities of using psychological consultation as a technology of quality improvement of rendering these services. The purpose of research was to define the conditions of interaction between a consultant and his clients which can lead to increase in efficiency of the organization. The author demonstrates by the example of the companies' work that application of the psychological consultation is a highly effective managment technology, allowing realtors to form an opinion about the concept of the qualitative deal on purchase of the real estate effectively. During the experiment the author revealed that different problem groops correspond to various methods and forms of inter action with a psychologist. The special form of consultation which the author used was the psychodrama and its modification, i.e. the psychodrama on the table. During the experimental series the author could formulate precisely enough her requirements to the psychological consultation in organizations from the point of view of the opportunity to promote realtors to the level of working with systems of the organization clients' concepts, thus providing a high quality of rendered services.
