摘要:The article presents findings of a research on mental strain in students and its influence on their personality development. The authors proceed from the assumption that the amount of mental strain that students experience throughout the learning process is determined by their inner resources for attaining goals and learning tasks and affects their work productiveness, social activity and health as well. The authors state that applying various research findings to the organisation of learning process and taking into account students' tolerance of mental strain could be considered as one of the innovational technologies in education.
