摘要:The article presents results of theoretical and empirical research on eliciting particularities of inner-group structuring of training groups in educational institutions of different types. Hypothesis was confirmed that inner-group structuring of training groups has both features common to educational institutions of various types, and features attributable to each particular establishment and grade level. Such substructures as attraction, reference and informal power have different intensity (with р < 0,05) in inner-group structure of training groups in institutions of different types. There were applied sociometry, referentometry, method of informal power structure evaluation, “Integral group development self-rating scale” (Potchebut L.G.), modified G. Kelly’s Repertory Grid technique and other tools. 648 students of secondary general schools, colleges and institutions of higher education were recruited as participants.
