摘要：The article is a review of peculiarities of national policy of Asian countries (China, India, Japan, Singapore etc.) in the field of education of gifted children. Different systems of organization of education and support of gifted students are analyzed. The article also describes the methods of selection of pupils for specialized classes with special curriculum which include advanced and accelerated courses and correspond to differences in the level of intellectual development of students. In these countries organization of special educational programs for gifted students and their support on the national level now becomes a priority task as a means of development of economy and modernization of the society.
