摘要:The contribution analyzes the main problems related to the provision of psychological competence of managers in educational institutions. It shows that due to objective causes, in modern conditions the focus of professional activity of a manager in a secondary educational institution shifts from content and organization of educational process to full-scale market management. It also identifies and characterizes the most significant in this respect socio-psychological and psychological-acmeological competences of a manager. It states the organizational and methodical possibilities of supporting such competences in the scheme of further training and occupational retraining in Moscow State University of Psychology and Education.
