摘要：The article regards the issues of post-graduate education system for psychologists in Europe and the USA which reflect the peculiarities of training system. Particular attention is paid to the way of how psychologists get skills, competencies and how they do supervise practice in their professional area. The article describes the complex of practical competencies, norms and standards of the specialty "Psychology" in Europe. Also it deals with the experience of USA Universities in training future psychologists. The article reveals the system of post-graduate education of psychologists in Russia, where so far internship is required only for the doctors. Also, the skills improving program for educational psychologists newcomers, which is implemented on the basis of the Moscow State University of Psychology and Education is presented.
