摘要:The article analyses the issue of deviant behavior prevention in educational facilities in the context of approximation of international legislative systems in the sphere of children’s rights protection and resolving different types of conflicts involving children. The casual link is suggested between the increase of deviant behavior manifestations in pupils and students and the inconsistency of the national legal sources with demands of the subjects of the Russian educational system, that require new methods and forms of deviant behavior prevention. It is emphasized that interpretations of deviant behavior and legal schemes of its prevention provided in the Russian law conform to the ideas of penal suppression (repressive paradigm) based on the principle of inevitable responsibility. The possibilities and hindrances at the way of transition from the principle of inevitability to the principle of social saturation of preventive measures that means organization of preventive activities using special knowledge including acquaintance with minors’ life conditions, their personal socio-psychological peculiarities.
