摘要：The article provides a review of literature on the topic. The notions of personal rehabilitation potential and its components are elaborated. The comparative research of personal rehabilitation potential depending on the gravity and the moment of manifestation of static-dynamic functioning impairment in 14 – 17-years old adolescents is described. The obtained results show the influence of both timing factor and impairment gravity on personal rehabilitation potential. Revealing of such differences gives evidence of the demand for development and implementation of differential programs of psychological rehabilitation that take specific genesis of the impairment into consideration.
