摘要：The article deals with the issue of socio-psychological factors such as peculiarities of interpersonal relationships affecting development of predisposition to computer addiction in adolescents. The results of research of interpersonal relationships sphere in adolescents, inclined and not inclined to computer addiction, are provided. The significance of poor emotional well-being in development of computer addiction in adolescents in emphasized. The empirical research allowed defining the targets for psychological intervention – adolescents’ communicative skills in peer relationships, realization of their leadership qualities, adequate means to maintain self-appraisal – that are necessary for elaborating preventive and therapeutic activities, overcoming addictive behavior.
