摘要:The article presents the author's concept of the essence and matter of management and leadership in the frames of organizational development in a market economy. Basing on system analysis, implemented together with innovative approaches in business-modeling and business administration (the concept of creative destruction, chaos theory, and system theory), the article proves that leadership and management are objectively multidirectional functions in the context of an organization's operating and development in functional as well as socio4psychological aspects. Maintaining their dialectical unity and overcoming «shift» towards operative management, found in most cases, is one of the crucial factors of development of a present4day organization. The possibilities of using applied psychological knowledge for solving this task are presented. In particular, psychosocial theory may be used as the interpretation key for employees' leadership potential assessment and designing targeted interventions for its development.
