摘要：The article attempts to generalize defining social and psychological features of fairy tale therapy, to reveal preconditions of its development and evaluate its role and functions in a psychologist's activity. The author argues that fairy tale therapy is a method in applied psychology that is aimed at support of development of a person's subjectivity and agency that ensures his / her efficient interactions with the social world. The article describes that position as the basis for integrative fairy tale therapy — the author's approach.
