摘要：The results of empirical research aimed at the investigation of peculiarities of intragroup structure of sport and patriotic unions for children and youths are provided. It is shown that sociometric, referentometric and power structures in public organizations for children and youths are closes connected with the official hierarchy of status positions. The article discusses the extent of adequacy of group members' representations of the picture of interpersonal interactions. Specific functions and roles of each status category in the frames of intragroup interactions are also analyzed. It is concluded that this type of communities possesses prosocial vector of development of non-formal system of relationships in spite of the features of its mono-structuredness.
