摘要:The paper focuses on the problem of ‘professional burnout’ in high school students. The data analysed in the paper allows for a detailed interpretation of this phenomenon in the context of the social psychological features of student environment and the specificity of learning motivation in adolescence. The paper provides evidence that ‘professional burnout’ is quite common for high school students, and that the extent to which any student environment is subject to ‘professional burnout’ depends both on social psychological aspects of the ‘student-student’ and ‘student-teacher’ relationships and on the level of learning motivation of students.
