摘要：The article examines the problem of the relationship between ethno-national atti- tudes and preferred coping strategies. The study involved 608 subjects aged 16 to 90 years. The study found that one's agreement with the attitudes towards a lower sig- nificance of the 'national' is related with the preference of such coping strategies as plan of problem solving, self-control, and acceptance of responsibility, whereas one's agreement with positive attitudes towards his/her ethnic group is associated with the search for social support. The study also confirmed that there are significant age and gender features in the relationship between preferred coping strategies and ethno- national attitudes.
