摘要：The paper presents results of a theoretical and empirical research on the ethnopsy- chological specifics of axiological orientation and subjective well-being. The research was carried out on a proportional sample of Russian and Tatar subjects. The outcomes reveal the ethnopsychological specifics of axiological orientation in its correlation with the features of subjective well-being, its criteria and bases and mechanisms of personal self-regulation. The research findings can be applied in the counseling psy- chology practice, as well as in the development of youth policy programs.
