摘要：The!promotion!of!renewable!energies!in!Germany!by!the!Erneuerbare8Energien!Gesetz!(EEG,!Renewable! Energy! Act)! leads! to! various! distributional! effects.! A! significant! regional!redistribution!within!Germany!is!caused!by!differences!in!geographic!and!climatic!conditions!as!well!as!in!population!densities!and!tenancy!structures.!The!study!examines!this!regional!redistribution!for!the!year!2011!contrasting!monetary!flows!in!and!out!of!counties!and!cities.!Since! these! flows! are!analysed! at! the! county! level,! a!differentiated!picture!of! the! regional!monetary!flows!caused!by!the!EEG!can!be!displayed.!Beneficiaries!of!the!funding!mechanism!are! mainly! located! in! the! rural! regions! of! southern! Germany! and! close! to! the! coast! in!northern!Germany.!On!the!contrary,!net!outward!flows!in!the!billions!are!mainly!recorded!in!the!highly!populated!regions!in!west!and!south8west!of!Germany.!This!trend!is!particularly!evident!when!contrasting!monetary!flows!of!the!Ruhr!area!with!those!of!the!rural!counties!of!Lower!Bavaria.!
