摘要：History-writing is a multifaceted discipline, and several important factors determine how a reality is constructed through selection, interpretation and presentation. Christian history also attracts a strong tendency towards the providence of God, which is completely unknown to secular history-writing. The Asia Pacific Theological Seminary (APTS) in the Philippines celebrates its fifty years of existence and development as a Christian education institution, and reflections from various perspectives would be helpful in defining its future as well as understanding its past
