摘要：This paper shows the design and simulation of 60 GHz transmitter. The 60 GHz carrier frequency hasthe ability to accommodate high-throughput wireless communications. The Federal Communication (FCC) allocates57-66 GHz for unlicensed operation. This paper focuses on designing and simulation of 60 GHz Transmitter usingAdvanced Design Systems (ADS) tool.The unique characteristics are made possible to have excellent immunity tointerference, high security, and frequency re-use. . This transmitter operating at 60 GHz with data rates up to 1Gbit/sand QAM. The design exhibits a very low noise figure of 19.24 dB only at transmitter side
