摘要：In this paper we considered preconditions for developing the method for searching of «the idealinterlocutor» within the design of information and organizational environment for pre-university training and socialadaptation of foreigners (IOEUTSAF). The database of user’s profiles and the ways for it filling were proposed. Also,we defined the list of attributes and state criteria for finding users. As the main result the mathematical method forestimating conformity of users was developed.
