摘要：With the rapid growth of the computer, network image processing and transmission technology, theapplication of embedded technology in video monitoring has increased rapidly. This design is based on S3C2440 hardwareplatform and Linux Operation system, it uses mesh V2000 camera for video caputuring, combined with V4L videointerface technology and MPEG-4 video coding and decoding and video transmission technology, aiming at design a lowcosthigh-performance programme. This Article elaborates the development process of ov511 USB camera driving in Linuxoperation system and the MPEG-4 video Coding technology and the network transmission realization of video datatransmmission.
