摘要:This study investigated whether interactional justice mediated the relationship between psychological stress and psychological well-being among local employees in the Jordanian Qualified Industrial Zones (QIZ) in Jordan. Data was collected using questionnaire from a sample of 494 local employees from various QIZ in Jorda. Using SPSS and AMOS, the findings show that interactional justice mediates the relationship between psychological stress and psychological well-being. The research contributes to the body of knowledge and supports the role of interactional justice in addressing psychological stress to enhance psychological well-being of employees.
