摘要：The article contains an attempt to systemize the concepts of the innovative processes' model of triple propeller type, characterized by the fact that organizations and persons from three distinct "institutional spheres" (public administration, scientifi c community and private sector) adapt and cooperate for the implementation of knowledge elements, their appliance in products and services and distribution of results to the users. The presentation is made through the prism of the situation caused by the fi nancial crisis and by global economic crisis. An example is given, this refers to the innovative program of Romania
