摘要：Bibliometrics have been increasinglyutilized for research and qualitative analysis of theliterature in the past decade. The current study on innovationliterature applied a number of bibliometrictechniques to analyze the supply and demand of theliterature in this area. This exercise lead to the identification of the main topics in the innovation literature:innovation management, innovation technologies,open innovation, crowdsourcing, user-driven innovation,innovation and entrepreneurship and entrepreneurialeducation, the latter being among the mostdiscussed in recent years. In mass-media the samepatterns can be noticed. Moreover, the demand forthese topics remained as great for the past decade
