  • 摘要:The article is dedicate to the phenomenonof the Bose-Einstein condensation (BEC) ofthe two-dimensional (2D) exciton-polariton in microcavities.It consist from two parts. First of them,following the review article by H. Deng, H. Haugand Y. Yamamoto, Rev. Mod. Phys. 82 1489 (2010)is written. The last review article concerns the recentachievements in the experimental discovery and investigationsof the exciton-polariton BEC, when thepolaritons are formed by photons and 2D Wannier-Mott excitons.The second part of our paper from the very beginningstakes into account the infl uence on the 2Delectron-hole system of the strong magnetic fi eldperpendicular to the semiconductor layer as well asof the electric fi eld oriented in the same direction.The both external supplementary fi elds give rise tothe Landau quantization of the electrons and holesin the presence of the Rashba spin-orbit coupling aswell as to the formation of the magneto-excitons andmagneto-polaritons. Their BEC is discussed below
