摘要：The present paper discusses someproblems of the national economy in the contextof globalization and European integration process,namely the proposal of some models of evaluationand development of the competitiveness of the Republicof Moldova; the design of the local enterprisesin global value chains of production, distributionand services based on the functional specializationunder the new globalization conditions; theimprovement of the management of the strategiccompetitiveness of human capital in the labor marketin terms of regional development; the developmentof the optimization model of the impact ofthe infl ation factors based on the inter-disciplinaryknowledge as an initial premise to stabilize the fi -nancial system; determining the infl uence volumeof the factors on the effi ciency of breeding pigs forpork meat in terms of liberalization of the internalmarket. The conducted research has identifi ed thefactors with a negative impact on business performanceat national level in 2010-2013. A set of proposalsare submitted, their implementation wouldensure the medium-term increase of the competitivenessof the Republic of Moldova and its attractivenessas an „offshore” services destination, thepractical application of models based on non-linearprogramming to assess the degree of infl uenceof various factors on the infl ation process
