摘要：As a results of this State Programthere were revealed many unknown materials up nowadaysin the areas of space technologies: the determinationof gyroscopic moments, testing of the softwareand handling interface for the satellite attitudecontrol systems; the overall experimental research ofthe interaction between the land control system withthe board computer and operational system for satelliteattitude control and stabilization systems; thegeneral testing of the attitude control software of thesatellite installed in the gyroscopic simulator that assuresthree degrees of freedom.
