摘要：The history, actual state and perspectivesof development of technico-technological investigations,engineering and scientifi c staff trainingin Balti are described in wide lines in this paper. Theparallel development of engineering staff training,technological investigation and industry in the cityare highlighted. It is demonstrated that the collaborationat national and international level benefi ciallyinfl uences the engineering staff training and researchdevelopment in the „Alecu Russo” Balti State University.
