  • 摘要:and is always present in the ecologicaland environmental investigations. The term was usedfor the fi rst time by the outstandery Swedish biologistCarl von Linné (1707-1778) in his dissertation„Specimen academicum de oeconomia naturae…”,white was published in Upsala (1749), and wasdefi ned as relations amons all bodies [components]of the nature, on which its equilibrium is basedon. The same term, without changing its meaning, was used by the founder of geology as a science Ch.Lyell (1830-1833), which was undertaken by hispupil Ch. Darwin (1859). Later on, the notion and theterm was utilized by E. Haeckel (1866) as a synonymof ecology. Further, the Romanian scientist GrigoreAntipa, one of the founder ҆ s pupil in the fi eld ofecology, had used, this quite appropiate and usefulnotion as a methedological basis the ecologicalresearch of the Danube Delta and of the RomanianBlack Sea litoral, Gr. Antipa (1892, 1910, 1933,1935), utilizing the biocenotical and bioproductiveapproach of the natural biosystems created a newscience – the bioeconomy. Much later (1925), thesame term was used (independent of Gr. Antipa) bythe Russian biologyst T. I. Baranov. The next twofamous Romanian Scientists – the economists N.N. Constantinescu (1976, 1993) and N. Georgescu-Roegen (1971, 1979) have approaced economyfrom the biological point of view, while Gr. Antipahas developed biology (ecology) from economicalpoint of view. Historically, the paradigmatic lineLinné-Lyell → Davwin → Haeckel → Antipa →Constantinescu → Georgescu-Roegen logicallyrulled towards the global concept (the philosophy) ofsustainable development (i. e. of ecodevelapment),offi cially approved of by the UN Conference „TheEnvironment and Development” (Rio de Janeiro,June 5, 1992).
