摘要：Today we are witnessing a growinginterest for the evaluation of research and development.It is determined, on the one hand, by the increasingrole of science in social and economic developmentof states, and on the other hand, by thefact that the assessment is a tool for improving researchsystems. In this context, the article describesthe multiple components of the assessment activityof research and development as a synthesis of bestinternational practices
