摘要：Military body of the state is a specifi csocial institution of society, ordered in terms of structureand hierarchy, the dominant functional relationships,coordination and subordination, a specifi c element ofthe mechanism of state power packed with featuresand technical means -materials necessary (militaryequipment) to perform state functions military securityin extraordinary situations that endanger its stability.Philosophical aspects of the military form of stateresearch needs to be supplemented with principles andspecial military requirements, which determines thestructure and should include: the unique complement ofstaff, its appearance, unifi ed and centralized commandof military forces, organizational structure, unit type ofweapons and military equipment, uniform system ofeducation, education and social-psychological supportto all elements of the military, a unique way of militaryservice, a unique system of social protection of soldiersand their family members, demobilized persons
