摘要:Fe (III) coordination compoundswith Schiff bases and Fe (II) with dioxymines inducea state of oxidative stress in culture of Porphyridiumcruentum expressed in a signifi cant reductionof biomass and accumulation of lipid peroxidationproducts (malondialdehyde). In these conditionsis registered the β-carotene content fl uctuation, decreasingof phycoerythrin and signifi cantly increasingof phycocyanin content in biomass. Correlationanalysis makes evident the phycocyanin implicationin antiradical protection of Porphyridium cruentumin the condition of induced oxidative stress
